Irish Ms show that red dots were used to make general path of interlace. One line of dots per band. No matter how many dots you use and where you place them you can form perfect interlace by just stopping and starting border lines at intervals coinciding with every other dot. Hard to explain without diagram. Experiment. Happy Patrick's Day. John Patrick Keating [email protected] (Yes, yes, they don't say "St Patrick's Day" in Éire)
